Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are only accepted if the product:

  • Arrives damaged or defective.

  • Was sent in the wrong size compared to your order.

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos as evidence.

Refund Processing

• Once your return request is approved, we require 2–4 business days to process the refund. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes

• Items that do not meet the above criteria will not be eligible for return or refund.

• Returns for reasons such as a change of mind or preference cannot be accommodated.
