Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos as evidence.

Once your return request is approved, we require 2–4 business days to process the refund. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
